Summary/Objective
Manage the finished product warehouse inventory, be responsible for the accuracy of inventory records, and monitor the return of empty racks to ensure smooth production.
Essential Functions
- Inspect staged products for quality and quantity discrepancies.
- Manage rack inventory with internal teams and customers.
- Document missed shipments and spills, assisting the Shipping Supervisor in root cause analysis (5 Why).
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and finished goods inventory.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and shipment preparation as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform 5S and housekeeping duties to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Follow assignments from the Supervisor or Manager as required.
- Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Work Environment
- 80% warehouse-based with occasional office tasks.
- Regular use of computers, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
- Operation of forklifts (Hi-Lo) required.
- Work environment involves communication in English and Mandarin.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

When performing the duties of this job, employees are often asked to speak or hear. This is not a sedentary character; it will need to be able to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as needed.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Little to no travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or delivery planning.
- Familiarity with warehouse management practices.
- Logistics management experience or Fuyao Group internal experience preferred.
