Position Overview: Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems! We are currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Work on our fast-paced assembly line rotating between positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. Learn multiple trade skills and develop your career in manufacturing!

1 opening on A-Shift:  5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday

1 opening on B-Shift:  4:00pm - 2:30am; Monday - Thursday (12% shift differential)

1 opening on C-Shift:  5:00am - 5:00pm:  Friday - Sunday (12% shift differential)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fan Assembler. The Fan Assembler will play a crucial role in our production process, responsible for assembling components to create finished fans that meet our quality standards. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and blueprints to understand assembly requirements.
  • Assemble fan components according to specifications, using hand and power tools as necessary.
  • Inspect parts for defects or damage and ensure that they meet quality standards before assembly.
  • Follow assembly instructions and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in the final product.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify any issues or deviations from specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems as they arise, collaborating with supervisors or colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications


 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in assembly processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vocational or technical training in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience with fan assembly or HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
