Position Summary
The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, leading a team of 30+ employees, and ensuring compliance with production, safety, and quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits
**Salary:
** $75,000/year (Exempt)
**Shift hours:
** 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, includes 1-hour unpaid lunch), Monday – Saturday (flexibility required)

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
**10+ years
** of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
**5+ years
** of supervisory experience
**Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 30+ employees
**
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Experience in training, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and late nights
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Supervise and support a team of 30+ employees
Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, FDA, and OSHA regulations
Develop and manage production schedules based on logistics and shipping needs
Train, coach, and evaluate employees; address performance and conduct issues
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment
Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, sub-materials, and finished goods)
Coordinate with Production and Factory Managers and act as a liaison with staff
Conduct inspections and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Investigate and report workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
Prepare for audits and inspections by maintaining high sanitation standards
Validate timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related documentation
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and improvements
Perform food safety duties and additional responsibilities as assigned
