We're Hiring: Factory Automation Manager (Site Security Automation Cluster Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Site Security Automation Cluster Lead to drive automation strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for modernizing manufacturing operations through smart factory technologies while ensuring the reliability and security of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives
• Own OT/OTN automation infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance
• Manage automation-related capital projects and technology deployments
• Develop and execute automation, controls, and digitalization roadmaps
• Drive Industry 4.0, IoT, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing programs
• Support plant operations through continuous improvement and technology innovation
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Automation and Project Management experience
• Strong background in Industrial Automation and Controls
• Experience with Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and IoT technologies
• OT/Industrial Cybersecurity experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
