Job Description

Position Overview:

Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support four facilities totaling approximately 600,000 square feet in a manufacturing environment. This role will handle everything from routine building maintenance to more complex facility repairs and upkeep. Key Responsibilities- Perform general building maintenance, including light bulb replacement and routine repairs.

• Troubleshoot and address facility-related maintenance issues.

• Maintain building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Support the upkeep of multiple facilities, helping ensure buildings remain safe and operational.

• Respond to maintenance needs ranging from basic repairs to more complex projects.

Previous experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.- Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and facility repairs.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of facility maintenance issues.

• Comfortable supporting multiple buildings and prioritizing maintenance needs.
