We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance planning, daily operations, and design of our extensive infrastructure. Key responsibilities will include managing building utilities and project management activities. As an Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of Facility Operations Leaders, union-represented employees, and contracted service providers, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our infrastructure assets and optimizing their performance.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Facility Operations Leaders, union-represented employees, and contract services.
• Maintenance Operations: Manage and maintain dynamic site operations of utilities such as electrical distribution, plumbing systems, HVAC, and construction.
• Preventive Maintenance: Oversee scheduling and planning of preventive maintenance instructions
• Budget Administration: Responsible for budget administration, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
• Oversee and manage contract services: Proficient in handling Purchase Orders, On-Calls, and Maintenance Service Agreements in accordance with government regulations.
•Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Workflow Analysis: Conduct workflow analysis to optimize maintenance processes and procedures.
• Capital Acquisitions: Recommend capital acquisitions or modifications to improve infrastructure and equipment efficiency.
• Energy Management: Utilize Energy Management Control Systems to monitor and manage environmental infrastructure.
• Manage leaders, technical individual contributors, multidiscipline hourly employees, vendors / sub-contractors
• Perform RCA (root cause analysis) of failed equipment
• Manage the maintenance, service, and repair of numerous Production machinery assets of varying vintage and complexity
• Implement RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) techniques and procedures
• Assist with the development and drive the implementation of predictive maintenance technologies with a focus on uptime.
• Manage business operations KPIs: Ability to manage departmental established budgets, safety, and quality requirements.
• Union environment management: Experience managing operations in a unionized setting.

• Experienced professional with a proven track record of managing maintenance and repair operations, including electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems within a large-scale manufacturing environment
• Experience with managing and administering Purchase Orders, On-Call contracts, and Maintenance Service Agreements in compliance with relevant government regulations and standards
• Experience with using a CMMS system/Maximo to plan and schedule work
• Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices
Desired skills
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience directing and managing employees and have held a license or certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• Union leadership: Proven experience leading in a union environment.
• Communication: Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• CMMS proficiency: Experience utilizing MAXIMO or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.
• Have (IFMA) International Facility Manage Association certification

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
