Rogers Group is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance position for our Alabama Division, which is based in Huntsville, AL. This position reports to the Area Controller. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, intuitive problem- solving skills and the drive to meet ever evolving organizational needs. 

Job Details: 

• Starting wages will be based on experience level. $3 Night Shift Premium for night shift work.
• Fulltime/Permanent 
• Day Shift
• Weekend work may be required

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order 
• Adhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment 
• Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety 
• Comply with OSHA/MSHA and other local, state and federal regulations 
• Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures 
• Build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation 
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• 2 years facility maintenance experience 
• Valid state driver’s License 
• The ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds 
• Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
