Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of facility maintenance mechanics.

• Assign daily priorities, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.

• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment.

• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot complex equipment and facility issues, providing hands-on support when needed.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to planning and budgeting.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage purchasing requests for tools and materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical work (480V and 220V systems) and facility maintenance.

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints, and advanced math skills.

• Strong communication in English.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment, building systems, and maintenance best practices.

• Supervisory experience, familiarity with GMP standards, and experience with CMMS software.

You should be proficient in:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Industrial Electrical Experience
