Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of facility maintenance mechanics.
Assign daily priorities, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot complex equipment and facility issues, providing hands-on support when needed.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to planning and budgeting.
Coordinate with vendors and manage purchasing requests for tools and materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical work (480V and 220V systems) and facility maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints, and advanced math skills.
Strong communication in English.
Excellent organizational abilities.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment, building systems, and maintenance best practices.
Supervisory experience, familiarity with GMP standards, and experience with CMMS software.
