Quality Assurance / Facility Appearance Specialist

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 2:30p-11:00p Monday-Friday

Location: Bentonville

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Facility Appearance Specialist to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This position is hands-on and requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can stay productive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.

• Follow daily sanitation and cleaning schedules.

• Remove trash and debris from work areas and around the exterior of the facility.

• Operate a powered floor scrubber after completing required training and certification.

• Use manual cleaning tools and equipment as needed.

• Assist with warehouse maintenance and special projects.

• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.

• Properly mix and handle cleaning chemicals while wearing required PPE.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

• Previous janitorial, warehouse, maintenance, or facility experience preferred.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable working at a fast pace and meeting deadlines.

• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas.

• Ability to work overtime when needed.

• Must be punctual and dependable.

• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.

• Use hands for cleaning and other manual tasks.

• Reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.

• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.

• Safely work around cleaning chemicals while using required PPE.
