Summary/Objective:
The Facilities/Maintenance Lead plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. This position owns the planning, coordination, and execution of all facility and equipment maintenance — from HVAC and electrical systems to CNC mills and inspection equipment. Essential Functions:

Lead scheduling and prioritization of all facility and equipment maintenance in close coordination with Manufacturing Leads, Production Planning, and Management
Own and manage the annual preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all CNC machines in compliance with AS9100 requirements
Coordinate day-to-day and monthly facility maintenance, proactively addressing issues before they impact production
Deliver monthly PM progress reports to the Operations Manager
Oversee all building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic/air handling, CCTV, alarm, and access control
Manage servicing and upkeep of CNC mills, lathes, manual machines, and inspection equipment
Partner with upper management on new construction and remodel projects, from planning through completion
Source, schedule, and manage outside vendors for specialized maintenance and project work
Serve as an active member of the company Safety Committee
Enforce safety protocols across the Maintenance and Custodial departments
Train and certify employees on forklift safety
Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards during and after all maintenance work
Identify and recommend improvements to facility functionality, cost efficiency, and machine performance
Communicate project and maintenance updates daily to the Operations Manager
Bring creative, pragmatic solutions to building and equipment challenges
Miscellaneous responsibilities as deemed appropriate

Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Facilities Techs and Custodian.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years of commercial building/facility maintenance experience
5-10 years of CNC or industrial equipment maintenance experience
5-10 years in a lead or supervisory role
5-10 years of project management experience
Ability to safely operate a forklift
High school diploma or GED required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position, and minimum hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm. Occasionally additional hours may be required on weekends and nights as workload and unforeseen emergencies dictate.
