Job Summary

Are you the type of person who enjoys working outside? In this role you will assist in a wide range of duties in campus beautification and maintenance. We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with their hands to ensure the grounds are attractive and safe.

What You’ll Do

1.Maintain Vermeer property lawns including plant care, weed control, and debris removal. Install/maintain elements of landscaping, trees, flowers, and shrubs.

2. Perform basic maintenance on lawn care equipment and tools.

3. Maneuver a snow blower, shovel, and/or salt spreader to remove snow.

4. Assist in set-ups and tear downs of furniture and displays for events and office moves.

What We’re Looking For

- Up to two years’ experience in lawn care or agriculture.

- Basic mechanical skills for tool maintenance.

- Flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed.

- Willingness to obtain chemical applicator license.

- Willingness to run heavy equipment.

Work Location

ONSITE: A team member’s day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
