Join Iowa State University as a Facilities Mechanic III supporting ISU Dining locations across campus. In this role, you’ll help keep kitchens, markets, cafés, and production spaces running smoothly by maintaining equipment and utility systems. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure safe, reliable operations.
This role offers broad work across multiple trades, including: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
You’ll install and do minor repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, maintain utility systems, complete daily work orders, and support facility improvements.
