2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift:

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
to join our team in a direct hire position. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment while supporting safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including lubrication, inspections, equipment monitoring, and accurate maintenance documentation.
- Complete mechanical repairs involving welding, plumbing, painting, general construction, and equipment installation.
- Assist with facility maintenance, renovations, repairs, and building improvements.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, motor hookups, and minor electrical repairs.
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain maintenance parts inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Communicate equipment issues and repair status with production and maintenance teams.
- Collect and evaluate equipment performance data to help identify maintenance needs and improve reliability.
- Recognize equipment problems and escalate concerns when additional support is needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Welding and fabrication experience is preferred.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
