Location: North Shore, MA

Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts

Pay Range: $24–$30/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a commercial/industrial facility. This role handles preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and general building repairs to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)

• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues

• Maintain facility systems including lighting, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC units

• Complete work orders and document repairs

• Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors when required

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial facility

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams

• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
