Facilities Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our building and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance of CNC and other machines
• Maintain a level of cleanliness while following safety procedures when working on tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
• Assist with building security and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years proven experience in facilities or equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of CNC mill and lathe machines strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of hand and power tools as well as building systems and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required
