Job Overview:

Location: Anderson-Negele

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Bonus Eligible | Occasional Overtime | On-Call Rotation Required

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a manufacturing environment? Join us as a Facilities & Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll maintain and repair a wide range of production and facility systems, while working with a collaborative team that values safety, precision, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep production and facility equipment running with diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and maintain CNC lathes and related machining equipment

  • Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, air compressors, and fire/life safety systems

  • Lead or support repairs across a wide range of systems

  • Help with facility upkeep: painting, furniture assembly, minor renovations, and grounds maintenance

  • Always follow OSHA and company safety standards

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance

  • Hands-on knowledge of 3-phase electrical, CNC machines, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot CNC components (motors, drives, fluid systems)

  • Comfortable working with vendors for service, diagnostics, and repair

  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings

  • High school diploma or GED required (trade school preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Able to research and source repair parts independently

Physical Requirements

  • Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally

  • Wear PPE (including safety glasses) for extended periods

  • Steel toe boots required

  • Able to work at heights and on ladders
