• Diagnose kitchen equipment

• Understand basic electrical

• Understand basic plumbing

• Landscaping (basic)

• Knows how to paint

• Willingness to get hands on (toilet and bio-spill)

• Can climb ladders

• Can lift up to 80lbs

• Can problem solve / troubleshoot

• Able to read and follow instructions (assembly and installation)

• Door repair
