We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Facilities Maintenance Helper to join our team in Brookfield, CT. Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Support the Facilities Manager in conducting inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
- Help maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
