Are you mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and eager to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team and support the safe, reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training, working alongside experienced technicians to develop industrial maintenance skills and develop your career.

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will:

• Assist experienced technicians with routine inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems through hands-on training
• Support repairs and replacement of components such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper use of PPE
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with documenting maintenance activities and work performed
• Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional schedule changes may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment

This role primarily works on the production floor and involves exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and temperature variations. Physical demands may include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting moderate to heavy objects, and working at heights.
