Job Description

Scope: This position will be responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to, snow removal, grass mowing and landscaping.  Along with building maintenance projects.

Principal Purpose of the Position: 

• Property Maintenance gates, fences, outfalls, painting and general repair.
• Perform necessary maintenance on lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Normal door/window replacements, working with the M-Tech Crew on projects.
• Various building maintenance items, running for parts as needed;
• Cut grass, trim weeds, and perform general landscaping;

Position Qualifications & Requirements:  

• High School Education
• Industry and/or equipment experience
• Knowledge of how to maintain tools properly.   
• Experience with various hand tools and gas-powered tools to mow and maintain grass;
• Minimum 3-5  years experience preferably with some manufacturing; 

• Self-Motivated; must be able to stay focused and get the job done.

• Other Experience

Supervisory responsibilities— Possible Seasonal, part-time temporary employees-summer help. 

Work environment— work outside in all types of weather; will be required to spend long periods standing and moving material; must tolerate demanding physical labor.

Physical Requirements:

• Extensive walking and / or standing – up to 12 hours per shift
• Lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing required.
