Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and safety of our buildings and grounds. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and special projects
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
