Facilities Engineer | Crestview, FL | $100K–$140K + Full Benefits

What you'll do:

• Own the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility systems and infrastructure

• Lead facilities projects from concept to completion using NX CAD

• Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering to keep the site safe and efficient

• Grow into environmental responsibilities over time, with training and mentorship

• Spot and drive improvements in efficiency, reliability, and sustainability

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 5–8 years of facilities engineering experience

• Strong facilities background (environmental experience is a plus, not a must)

• NX CAD experience, or the ability to ramp up fast

• A self-starter who solves problems independently

• Local to the Crestview, FL area — this is an on-site role
