Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field or discipline
Electrical contractor license

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the status of Air Handling Units (AHU) and report any repair or reset needs to Team Leader
Communicate with contractors for maintenance or repair tasks, including cranes, AHU, water treatment, and lawn care or snow removal.
Adjust light sensors as needed to ensure proper lighting.
Track electrical and air usage using meters.
Update and run project review meetings.
Maintain MACI’s 5-year plan for building and equipment updates.
Prepare reports for board reviews and investment meetings about ongoing projects.
Obtain and maintain the contractor of record certification.
Work with the local electrical inspector to secure annual permits for electrical changes.

Project Management:

Define the scope of work and gather quotes for projects.
Attend investment meetings and help schedule projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
