Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field or discipline
- Electrical contractor license
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Project Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of Air Handling Units (AHU) and report any repair or reset needs to Team Leader
- Communicate with contractors for maintenance or repair tasks, including cranes, AHU, water treatment, and lawn care or snow removal.
- Adjust light sensors as needed to ensure proper lighting.
- Track electrical and air usage using meters.
- Update and run project review meetings.
- Maintain MACI’s 5-year plan for building and equipment updates.
- Prepare reports for board reviews and investment meetings about ongoing projects.
- Obtain and maintain the contractor of record certification.
- Work with the local electrical inspector to secure annual permits for electrical changes.
Project Management:
- Define the scope of work and gather quotes for projects.
- Attend investment meetings and help schedule projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
