Our successful, employee-owned Arizona sign fabrication and installation company is searching for an additional highly creative and detail-oriented Fabricator/ Welder to add to our growing team. 

A Fabricator/Welder is responsible for adhering to the production schedule, ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and secured while ensuring safety standards are met. Qualifications include reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions. Additionally, the fabricator/welder will construct and manufacture metal parts and products and take responsibility for fabricating parts used in later assembly.

Responsibilities · Reading & interpreting plans, blueprints & evaluations.· Prepares surfaces by setting up, cleaning, etching & degreasing all surfaces.· Tape & apply masking where needed; inspect job & touch-ups as applicable.· Exercise skill in matching colors & distribution for coverage of special & unusual finishes.· Maintain & keep equipment area safe & clean working environment.· Report inventory levels and stock to be ordered.· Other miscellaneous duties as needed. 
Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years' experience in sign fabrication, installation, maintenance, or project management.
• Strong analytical abilities
• Understanding of construction documents
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to coordinate and work independently

Schedule:

• 10- hour shift Monday through Friday beginning at 6 am.
