Job Description

As a result of ongoing growth, Maybury is looking for a motivated individual who loves to weld, do fabrication work, and is also interested in working in the field installing material handling products. In this position, you will fabricate and assemble structural metal products such as mezzanines, stairs, and a variety of custom-fabricated material handling products. When needed, you will also have the opportunity to travel to our customers’ locations with our installation team to install, dismantle, and move a wide range of material handling products including, but not limited to: storage rack, shelving, conveyer, modular offices, crane and hoists, dock equipment, fencing and partitions, mezzanines and high-speed doors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1 year of welding/fabrication experience and construction, installation, or similar experience is preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and hand and power tools experience is required.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs. is required.
• Some job assignments may require extended hours and occasional overnight travel. All travel time is paid, and overtime is compensated for work over 40 hours in a workweek.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving history are required.
