Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a fabricator welder or similar role.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
