Job Description

Environment: Climate-controlled

We're looking for a Fabricator Assistant to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing shop! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow with a company that values its people.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays as needed for overtime

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate parts using brass, carbon steel, and stainless steel
• Operate tools such as vertical band saws, cold saws, die grinders, sanders, and other fabrication equipment
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
• Assist with general fabrication and shop duties

Qualifications:

• Experience using fabrication tools (vertical band saws, cold saws, die grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to take direction and work well in a team environment
• Comfortable with frequent twisting, reaching, stooping, and standing throughout the day
• Parts are lightweight (most under 15 lbs.)
