Job Description

We are seeking a Fabricator to join our team! In this role you will be utilizing your mechanical experience to test and troubleshoot various manufactured products.

Primary responsibilities

• Set up and operation of fabricating machines, such as shears, brakes, rollers, saws, seam welder, plasma cutter and punch press.
• Verifies conformance of work pieces to specification, using square, ruler and measuring tape.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read and perform work from engineering documentation (drawings), work orders, verbal or written instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• 5 years prior fabrication experience, preferable in a manufacturing setting.
