Fabricator (MIG/Flux Core) – Richmond, VA

Pay: $18–$23/hr

Shift: 6:00 AM – Finish (Daily OT Possible)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Fabricator to build structural and architectural components including railings, stringers, and door jambs. This role requires strong blueprint reading, welding, and metal fabrication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate railings, stringers, and door jambs

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Cut your own parts using fabrication machines and hand tools

• Perform MIG/Flux Core welding on structural steel

• Measure, fit, and assemble components to spec

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• MIG/Flux Core welding experience

• Ability to read blueprints and follow measurements

• Strong fabrication and metal-cutting skills

• Previous experience as a fabricator or welder
