Schedule: 1st Shift (hours may vary by client)

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
Work with tight tolerances and follow detailed specifications
Complete metal finishing, including grinding and polishing
Safely operate an overhead crane when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of welding experience (MIG required)
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Experience with hand tools and grinders preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
