Welder/Fabricator – 1st Shift | East Madison

Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift (hours may vary by client)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
• Work with tight tolerances and follow detailed specifications
• Complete metal finishing, including grinding and polishing
• Safely operate an overhead crane when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience (MIG required)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Experience with hand tools and grinders preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
