Fabricator
Pay: $18–$23/hour
Location: Richmond & Ashland
We are currently hiring experienced Fabricators for multiple clients in the area. These roles are ideal for candidates with fabrication or welding experience who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
Shifts Available
- 1st shift
Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble metal components
Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Cut and prepare materials to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding as required
Make routine machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
Monitor equipment for mechanical or quality issues
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous fabrication, welding, or machine operating experience required
Proficiency in MIG and/or Flux Core welding
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Experience using both hand tools and fabrication machinery
Ability to measure, cut, and assemble parts accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
