Location: Richmond, VA & Ashland, VA

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking skilled and dependable Fabricators to join team sin Richmond and Ashland, VA. This position involves reading blueprints, measuring materials, operating fabrication equipment, and assembling metal components to specifications. Candidates should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components to specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drills, presses, and other shop tools.
• Perform MIG welding, fitting, grinding, and finishing work as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility.
• Meet production schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Experience operating hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Basic welding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
