Position: Fabricator

Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hour (experience based)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available!)

Location: Allendale, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator to start IMMEDIATELY** up to $30.00/hour**. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal and structural components
• Operate equipment such as shears, brakes, punches, drill presses, and CNC machinery
• MIG weld a variety of mild steel materials
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure quality work
• Inspect finished products to meet specifications
• Maintain production goals while working safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects successfully

Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Proficient with sheet metal and structural welding, MIG welding required
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Must have your own tools and be able to pass a weld test
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Local travel may occasionally be required
