Fabrication Welder

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Pay: $20–$28/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday + Overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to join a growing team. This role involves working from blueprints to fabricate and weld custom metal components used in industrial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Fabricate parts including cutting, fitting, and assembling components

• Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, drill presses, etc.)

• Ensure weld quality meets specifications and standards

• Work closely with team members to complete custom builds

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fabrication welding experience preferred

• Strong blueprint reading and tape measure skills

• Experience with MIG welding required (TIG is a plus)

• Ability to work with stainless steel and carbon steel

• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
