Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Fabrication Welder to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires attention to detail, strong welding skills, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, or flux-core welding on a variety of metal materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components for fabrication

• Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow company safety standards and production guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements

• Experience with common fabrication tools and welding equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
