Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, e

nsuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including torches and welding machines, while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Inspect and test welds for quality and integrity, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a TIG and MIG welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to welding and fabrication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
