Job Description

We are looking for great future teammates in an fabrication role for our weekend shift at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!

Starting Pay: Hourly pay starts at $18.75/hour, plus a $4.50/hour shift premium, making your hourly wage $23.25.  In addition you will be paid an extra 2 hours, for perfect attendance each weekend!

Responsibilities: As a Fabrication Technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills: ·

• Press Brake
• Forming
• Welding
• Laser Operator

You may also train and perform additional tasks like autoserting, forklift operation, or flexing to our paint & assembly area as needed. After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow!

Schedule: Friday-Sunday· 12 hour shifts: 5am – 5pm

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What is the training like? 

No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with machine set-up, blueprint reading, safety, and more. From there, you will start training on your first competency skill in press brake operation, welding, or punch press or laser machine operation.

We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.
