Fabrication & Finishing Technician

Pay: $16–$20/hr

Schedule: Various shifts available

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication & Finishing Technician to support metal grinding and marble/stone fabrication. This role involves setting up materials, grinding, polishing, and finishing products to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare marble, stone, and other materials for fabrication.

• Measure, cut, grind, polish, and finish materials.

• Operate grinders, polishers, and other hand and power tools.

• Perform marble and stone finishing, including smoothing edges and surfaces.

• Assist with marble/stone setup and positioning.

• Grind and deburr metal components.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Make adjustments and perform additional grinding or polishing as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to safely handle materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
