• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fabrication or related field is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Basic understanding of fabrication processes and tools is preferred.
