Do you have experience operating fabrication equipment and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Metal Fabrication Machine Operator to join a growing team where your skills will help create high-quality metal products used in industrial applications.

If you enjoy working with machinery, reading blueprints, and transforming raw materials into finished products, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

🔹 Operate fabrication equipment including:

• Cutoff saws
• Shears
• Brake presses
• Roll forming machines
• Punch presses
• Forming and spinning machines

🔹 Cut, shape, bend, and form metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural materials

🔹 Read and interpret job specifications, work orders, and blueprints

🔹 Set up and adjust machinery based on production requirements

🔹 Position stops, guides, and tooling according to measurements and specifications

🔹 Verify dimensions using measuring tools, scales, templates, and rulers

🔹 Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy

🔹 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

🔹 Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

✔ Previous manufacturing or fabrication machine operation experience

✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

✔ Experience using measuring tools and performing basic measurements

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with brake presses, punch presses, shears, rolls, or other metal fabrication equipment

⭐ Sheet metal or metal fabrication experience

⭐ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
