• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in fabrication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
