Job Overview:
SUMMARY:
Working as a member of the Fabrication Dept, the Fabrication position is responsible for the cutting, bending, sanding, and drilling various parts for pontoon assembly.
There are two levels of Production Worker: Production Worker I and II determined by an individual’s specialized skills, abilities, previous work experience, certification and / or education, and ability to perform multiple tasks across the fabrication department.
Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use
- Maintaining equipment and machinery so they canoperatesafely
- Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for their machines
- Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
- Reporting safety hazards within the work environment
- Be able to stand forlong periodsoftime
- Be able to lift 50 LBS or more with assisted teamlift
- Be able to identify/verifyparts
- Preparing skids of parts for shipment
- Cut, Shear, Saw, Sand, Drill, and Form Parts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Previousfabrication experiencepreferred
- Experience with shop tools and equipmentrequired.
- Ability to read prints and drawings.
- Great organizational skills.
- The ability tomaintainprofessionalism under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
