Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery, including laser cutters, welders, and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to meet project requirements.
• Assemble components and structures according to design specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
• Assist in training new team members on fabrication techniques and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in fabrication or welding is a plus.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
