We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to operate a variety of metalworking equipment used to cut, form, shape, and bend metal components that support critical industrial applications.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Operate fabrication equipment including:

• Cutoff saws
• Shears
• Roll forming machines
• Press brakes
• Punch presses
• Forming machines
• Spinning machines

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and production drawings

✅ Set up machines and adjust machine settings based on material and product requirements

✅ Position stops, guides, and fixtures using scales, rulers, templates, and measuring devices

✅ Cut, bend, shape, and form metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural components

✅ Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

✅ Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges

✅ Maintain production efficiency while following all safety and quality procedures

✅ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

✔ Experience operating production machinery or fabrication equipment

✔ Ability to read blueprints and production specifications

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

✔ Comfortable working with measuring tools and performing quality inspections

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
