As a FAB Network Planner at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of Silicon Supply Planning group in the Global Supply Chain department and will be responsible to support supply plan of record and provide die mix plan based on demand.

This position will be based out of our Boise, ID Office. This role provides flexibility! You may work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will be expected to have strong analytical, collaboration and creatively solve complex problems.

  • Manage demand, supply and shipments trends using statistical tools to identify opportunities and risks to business revenue plan.

  • Work across cross functional groups to conduct multiple supply and demand scenarios, including operations modeling, capacity constraints, financial analysis. You will be expected to have good understanding of Fab manufacturing processes and have strong analytical, collaboration and creatively solve complex problems.

  • Synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translate it into meaningful strategies for senior Leaders. Present key metrics reviews in various meetings and forums to drive consensus.

  • Collaborate within Fab Network, Demand Management, and Sales and Operations team to manage overall Silicon Supply.

  • Work proactively to identify process gaps, suggest design changes and work with Information Technology to drive those enhancements.

What you bring to the role:

IE skills such as Linear Programming, Queuing Theory, Statistical Analysis, lean manufacturing, Customer service measures, and safety stock management, Theory of Constraints; Data analysis and Statistical packages including Python/ Tableau/SQL; and Supply chain applications including SPO/Rapid Response.


Requirements:

Employer will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or equivalent in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration or related field.
