What You Will Do:

  • In this highly visible role, the employee will drive industrial readiness and program supportability throughout the Value Stream for the F119 Engine Program.
  • The F119 Production Lead is responsible for driving the program’s delivery, and financial goals, while also focusing on identifying and mitigating risk in the medium to long term.
  • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: delivery assurance, supply chain sourcing and capacity assessments, ensuring timely transitions execution, and driving completion of industrial plans for critical engineering changes. Employee will support all program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with CIPTs, Module Centers, and Global Supply Chain.
  • In this unique position, this person will be a key operations contact for the F119 program and will actively participate as part of the F119 IPMT.
  • This position will have visibility to both the OEM and sustainment supportability streams and will have a direct impact on the success of the program.
  • Understands strategic and business implications and works to provide best P&W solutions.
  • Must have demonstrated experience working with executive level management.
  • High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement utilizing CORE Tools.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8 years experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, program/project management or a related field; OR a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Manufacturing, Engineering, Project, or Program management experience.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Strong strategic leadership experience.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
