We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our team. Job Type:
Manufacturing / Production – Extrusion Operator, in person
Pay:
$21/hr (overtime may be required)

Tasks:
- Operate extrusion lines to fabricate polypropylene vent system components
- Communicate production rates and operational updates during shift handoffs
- Distribute and monitor work orders for team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (daily/weekly)
- Ensure accurate data entry into MRP system
- Monitor inventory control and production efficiency
- Follow work instructions and in-process quality control plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred (extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, thermal forming, or similar)
- Experience in plastic or metal welding/fabrication is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
Schedule:
C Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Monday–Wednesday, rotating to Monday–Thursday every other week
