Night Shift 7PM - 7AM
Job Description:
- Operates equipment at or above acceptable levels of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization, on a regular and safe basis.
- Through proper modifications to various sections of the machine, troubleshoot, detect, and correct machine-related problems.
- Invent new ways to solve industrial problems.
- Provides assistance and direction to less experienced employees.
- Completes the necessary papers at the end of the shift.
- Capable of inspecting and identifying defective products, as well as making machine changes to eliminate the source of faults.
- Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and strong writing and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Qualifications:
- Dexterity in the Hands
- Communication abilities that are exceptional
- Detailed records must be kept on a regular basis.

- Skills in analysis
- Math Abilities (calculators to determine and record production data)
- Basic troubleshooting abilities are required to repair minor computer difficulties.
- Knowledge of production measurement tools, such as level, etc.
- Product quality standards knowledge
